DTU Talent Partner

A Talent Partnership is for companies wishing to attract and recruit talented, newly graduated engineers. The core of the partnership is access to a palette of services and activities where you get close to DTU’s sharp talents.

Connect with the Talents of Tomorrow

Society is facing a shortage of skilled engineers, which makes their contributions more important than ever. At DTU, we aim to address this challenge by introducing initiatives that connect our students with meaningful career opportunities early in their education.

We believe that our graduates make the greatest impact when they find careers that truly resonate with their individual strengths and aspirations.

Our Talent Partner Program aims to build a bridge between university and the industry, offering a range of services that foster meaningful relationships, showcasing our talented engineering students new and exciting career paths.

What Does It Take to Be a Talent Partner?

How does Talent Partner speak into DTU’s vision? Talent Partner lives by DTU’s values and vision.

More than half of our students come from diverse international backgrounds and bring unique perspectives, skills, and enthusiasm to the vibrant Danish work environment.

We aim to encourage awareness around the importance of welcoming international and non-Danish-speaking candidates as part of a forward-thinking strategy for talent acquisition and retention.

We understand that this can be an adjustment for some companies. That’s why we are here to guide and support you in exploring how this approach can benefit both your business and the wider workforce.

We wish to showcase the diverse career paths for DTU students and the broad applicability of DTU skills in the industry

We do this by focusing on a broad portfolio of industry partners, representing industries like life science, manufacturing, fintech, green energy and much more. We are open for introducing new industries and wish to accommodate.

We address the challenge of the engineering talent gap by fostering knowledge-sharing and strategic alignment. Our approach brings recruitment stakeholders together to discuss challenges, explore opportunities, and build potential partnerships
